As the director of the Center for Brief Therapy, Dr. Golden has expanded services to PCOM's neighborhood Healthcare Centers. The Center for Brief Therapy is a training site for psychology students at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Under Dr. Golden's supervision, students have the opportunity to offer behavioral health care to people who might not otherwise receive such services. Dr. Golden also supervises students in providing in-service training to social service agencies, schools and churches.

Dr. Golden received her PsyD in clinical psychology from Loyola College in Baltimore and completed an APA-approved internship at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a post-doctoral fellowship at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
