Dr. Michael Srulevich is board certified in family medicine with added qualifications in geriatric and hospice, and palliative medicine. He serves as an associate medical director at VNA Hospice of Philadelphia and is the lead physician for palliative medicine at Roxborough Memorial Hospital. In addition to his clinical practice, he provides long term care to residents at four Philadelphia nursing homes.
Dr. Srulevich is interested in many aspects of medicine from general primary care to hospice care. He is particularly interested in the continuum of care especially working with frail and seriously ill patients to seek treatments that most appropriately ensure a maximum quality of life.
