Weight Management Program
Why Weight?

PCOM's weight management program features 12-weeks of treatment for adults who are overweight or living with obesity.

The program offers individual counseling and emphasizes slow, steady weight loss through healthy lifestyle change. There is no medication. The treatment focuses on calorie counting as well as monitoring food and beverage intake.

Sessions with psychology interns and doctoral students are held once a week and last 30 to 45 minutes. Our students and interns are supervised by licensed psychologists with expertise in weight management.
